The Racine ELCA Neighborhood Camps are run at three sites, Emaus ELCA, the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer and the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection. These churches are part of the Greater Milwaukee Synod which, in turn, is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
